Kendra or Tana
Man I thought it was the finale tonight...I got angry when they started to show the credits in the boardroom.... I thought Kendra did a better job on her task, although I think Tana's task was more difficult.
It's a tough call on who to hire.

I'm surprised Tana is getting votes. She was terrible at her task, imo.

Tana showed what a condescending :censor: she is. Her comments about the employees needing to understand their place shows how little leadership skills she has.

x2 Dave. I been on both ends of it, having to manage people (some of whom were quite difficult) and being managed. Her attitude was horrible.
I can't believe the way she treated the Governor and his aide.
And then the comment in the boardroom about "having a husband and 2 children to go home to while she (Kendra) has nothing". That alone should get her turfed. Can't wait till her team slams her next week. This should be the easiest decision Trump has had to make.
Anyone notice how little they showed Kendra's team in action yesterday? Obviously they were doing their jobs with little screw-ups or fighting, so it wasn't good "trainwreck tv"

That is all true. However, she was saddled with an inferior team and given a tougher task.
Also, she has outperformed Kendra for the majority of the show

I was completely pro-Tana until this episode. Wow! If that is honestly how you think a boss should treat their employees then go back to selling make-up. I lmao when she said she's the best candidate cause she's been in the streets. Lady you made your money in MaryKay. That is hardly the streets.

I think that Tana is great a marketing. But as a leader of a team, which she will be, she showed last night what she thinks of people who will work with her. As the undisputed 'boss' she was unbearable. Maybe her team where a bunch of schmucks but to publicly humiliate them is so over the line. The look on the one guys face when she was slamming them said it all. And her disrespect to the governor and his aide. Oh my god.
Her task was difficult for sure but that doesn't mean you get to treat people so badly. All that posturing when they were leaving and she wouldn't walk out with her team. What the heck was that. I don't particularly like Kendra either but based on last night I would hire her.

Tana showed a total lack of common sense in dealing with the governor's aide. Man was he pissed. Here is a some of the stupid things she said that she can never be counted on to lead in a high-pressure environment with important people.
When the aide said the governor was waiting:
"Oh I am sorry, would he like a coffee and a donut" sarcastically
When the aide said again the gov. is waiting in the car
"That's fine" (loved it when the aide said no it's not)
"Noone is coming up to me saying nice smile or you have nice eyes. Everyone is this is #^# up or this need to be fixed. How about a compliment"
Yeah, that's someone who can lead a company. NOT!
I see what you are saying Greg about Tana's task, but I wonder if it appeared harder because Kendra handled hers better.

I think her biggest mistake was in not proofing the content of the programs. You give a huge task to someone you already think is incompetent and you don't even bother to have a look before it's printed and handed out. Not a good move.

Tana out-performed Kendra all show long till last night.... but I still cant get the episode out of my mind where they had to get all of the music artists to give them a product to auction off. I lmao when she was talking ghetto to the rappers.... she did really well tho...

I hope Trump was told by George and Caroline about the Pontiac episode. Where Tana and Craig took off to sleep while Kendra pulled an all-nighter. And then Tana had the nerve to try and claim the idea in front of the GM executives.

That is the episode where I really noticed that Kendra knew what she was doing. I have been rooting for her ever since. That also happens to be the episode where I really started disliking Craig. He was quite rude towards Kendra.

I am with ya Ken. Kendra became my choice to win it all that day. And I really wanted Tana and Craig to fail.

Only saw the very end of the Pontiac episode so maybe that is why I am not very high on Kendra.
I have been picking Tana to win for a month and I thought she would win easily over Kendra. However, I was surprised by many of her comments last night...although I am not sure that Chris and that witch(forget name) on her team would really be representative of her employees as they would last about 5 min.
Thought Kendra's teamates finally acted like teamates should on the final episode. Except for Troy helping Kwame in Season 1, most of these so-called teamates give little effort to the final two on the last task....something I could never understand because if they handle it well it could lead to other opportunities due to the extremely large group of viewers.
One of Kendra's teamates, Erin, surprised me. I though she would act more like a princess...she is also the one contestant who really had a chance to go much further but blew it with her smart *** remark. I think Trump really, really liked her. She was bright and hot. She really didn't perform very well in the tasks, but was good in the bed....um, I mean boardroom. I think Trump would have kept her for at least 2 or 3 more episodes. While I think it is unfair I do think her looks were giving her a slight advantage with him.

I have had Kendra pegged since about week 4, and now i think shes gonna do, Tana's biggest down fall was not having the American Flag, and then she was like, here it is, and the Gov was like, thats Puerto Rico.....

I can't standz that Tana girl. Question though... how come we see (and hear) about Bill (winner season 1) but never hear about Kelly (winner season two)?

Not me. She did a good job with the brochure, but it showed me she was creative. It didn't show me she was a good leader. She couldn't get her team to do or agree on anything. She did a good job getting it done in spite of her team.
I haven't been impressed with anyone this show. Almost no imagination in the whole crew.

The quality of applicants seem to have really sropped off since Season 1....things seem to have really changed from the focus being on finding a quality applicant to entertaining TV.....this Danny character is a good example - he would never have gotten a sniff in the first year

Guess it speaks volumes.
Btw, my sister works at an add agency in Chicago and he (Bill) stopped by last year as way to network and keep his opportunities expanding....she said he was a very nice guy.

They were filming 3 while 2 was airing so it is possible while they were filming, Kelly hadn't been picked yet.
I agree with you guys though about the quality and that they are picking people for entertainment more than quality. I think finalists like Kwame, Troy, and Amy from season 1 would have won this one.

Not surprised that Kendra won. Tana really shot herself in the foot. But talk about fluff jobs. Nothing that really affects his financial empire. Now is this because it was two chicks or the quality of the applicants overall has fallen so far since season 1?

I think if we really knew the responsibilities of Kelly or Bill as well, we'd realize he isnt risking much with any of these apprentice winners.

Agreed. I don't think their responsibilities are as big as what we were led to believe when they won.

You're probably right. But hearing Bill and Kelly's responsibilities rolled out on the show before he announced the winner it sure sounded like a step down for this year's winner.
